[How to make]
1. Put 80g butter, 100g cream cheese, 40g granulated sugar, 40g strawberry chocolate, 140g fresh cream, 200ml in a heat-resistant container
2. Heat microwave oven 600w for 2 minutes 30 seconds, mix well and filter once. Add 35g of flour to sieve and mix until flour is gone
3. Make a pound type 8cm x 18cm cooking sheet and pour the dough
4. Pour water into the oven dish and steam. Bake 160 degrees 30 minutes in preheated oven
5. Once burnt, cool in the refrigerator overnight to complete. Invert the mold and scatter strawberry powder and strawberry dice to complete

【作り方】
1.耐熱容器にバター80gクリームチーズ100gグラニュー糖40gイチゴチョコ140g生クリーム200mlを入れます
2.電子レンジ600w2分30秒加熱し良く混ぜ一旦濾します。更に薄力粉35gを篩いながら入れ粉っぽさが無くなる迄混ぜる
3.パウンド型8cm×18cmにクッキングシートをし、生地を流し込みます
4.オーブン皿に水を入れ、蒸し焼きしていきます。余熱したオーブン160度30分焼きます
5.焼けたら一晩冷蔵庫で冷やして完成です。型を逆さにしストロベリーパウダー、ストロベリーダイスを散らして完成です
